Hey friend,

I will keep this one short, as just recently, I experienced this firsthand.

You start changing. You start growing.

You try new things.

And then people start leaving.

Not always with a dramatic goodbye, they just drift away.

The invites stop coming. The conversations get shorter.

Sometimes it stings.

Here is the truth nobody tells you about growth:

Progress has a price.

A part of that price is people.

You see growth changes you, and change creates distance between who you were and who you are becoming.

Some people only knew the old version of you.

The new version makes them uncomfortable.

That discomfort is about them.

The good part is that...New people will arrive.

People who meet you exactly where you are now. People who get it.

You could not have found them before because you were not yet the person they were looking for.

The people who leave make space for the ones who were meant to stay.

This is not a loss. It is a blessing.

So if you are in a season where your circle feels smaller, where the silence feels louder than it used to, where you are wondering if it is worth it:

It is.

Keep growing.

The right people will find you.

Big Hug

Abi
