Hey friend

Just wanted to share a crazy fact that I learned about a while ago.

When a female is pregnant with her daughter, she also has her own grandchild in her belly.

Well, in the form of an egg, of course…

But that also means that what you consume today influences the genetic makeup of the next generation.

Honestly, no one optimises their life for a child that hasn't been born yet.

But your body is quietly getting ready with or without your permission.

Usually, we realise what damage the toxins around us have done when it’s a bit too late.

See, the industries around us are incentivised to make profits for their shareholder and not care about what is healthy for us in the long term.

That is why products like petroleum-based plastics are pushed into the market with full force.

Now they are slowly destroying you from within. Don’t believe me, just watch this.

See, I figured something was wrong when friends around me started having trouble conceiving, and I went down the rabbit hole.

So I decided to do something about it, and that is why I started this company.

Now these short-term rentals are designed around a way of living that helps you decrease the microplastic toxins in your body.

But this is just the beginning, and it’s a long-term project, so there is more to come.

I want to leave you with 3 changes that you can make today in order to reduce microplastics in your body.

1. Throw all your polyester underwear away. If it does not say 100% cotton, do not wear it

2. Filter your tap water, drink either RO or distilled water.

3. Use a wooden chopping board at your home, throw the plastic one away

I will be making more content about this issue soon but I wanted you to know first where I am headed with this company.

I hope this aligns with how you think about your health, and if it does, share this with a friend who might benefit from what you just read.

And I’m sure we will make this project meaningful together.

Your biggest fan,

Abi
